Host your AI rigs. Rent out the compute, skip the power bill.
Ship your GPU servers to a facility in the United States. We rack them, power them and connect them. You list them on a rental marketplace such as Vast.ai, or run your own workloads, and keep all the income.
From quote to renting in four steps
Get a quote
Tell us the GPUs, how many rigs and what each one draws. We reply with a price and the hosting agreement to sign online.
Sign & pay upfront
A deposit equal to 2 months of fees, and $100 setup per rig (none on servers we build). The deposit comes back at the end and carries over when you renew.
Ship your rigs
Ship them once we confirm each rig in writing and send you the address. The facility checks them on arrival, racks them, burn-in tests them, installs the operating system and sets up the IP. Online within 30 days of arrival, once your payment has cleared.
Rent it out
List your rigs on Vast.ai or run your own workloads. Rental income is paid straight to your account. We never touch it.
What your rigs will cost
The rate covers power, rack space, cooling, the shared network and routine remote hands. It drops as your total power grows.
| Your total power | Rate per kWh | Per kW per month | For example |
|---|---|---|---|
| Under 10 kW | 15¢ | $109.50 | A few RTX 4090/5090 or RTX PRO 6000 rigs |
| 10–25 kW | 14.5¢ | $105.85 | One or two H100 servers |
| 25–100 kW | 14¢ | $102.20 | A rack of A100/H100 servers |
| 100–250 kW | 13.5¢ | $98.55 | 10 to 25 H100 servers |
| 250–500 kW | 13¢ | $94.90 | A small cluster |
| 500 kW and up | From 12.5¢ | from $91.25 | By quote, with 3 months' deposit |
Your tier is set by the total power of all your rigs, and its rate applies to all of it. You never pay more for using less: if the next tier's minimum costs less, that's what we bill. Each rig is billed at least 2,000 W. Have several rigs under that? Putting their GPUs in fewer, bigger servers costs less, and we can build those for you.
Your setup
- Due when you sign
- $822.70
- Deposit, 2 months (returned at the end)
- $722.70
- Setup ($100 per rig)
- $100.00
- 12-month contract total12 monthly fees plus setup; the deposit comes back
- $4,436.20
Billed watts × 730 hours × your tier's rate, with each rig billed at least 2,000 W. Taxes, shipping and optional services are extra.
Use what the rig draws at the wall under full load. You're billed on what it draws under its normal workload, measured once it's online.
We host the rig. You run it.
Racking & power
Racked, cabled and powered at 200–240 V, then burn-in tested before it goes online.
Cooling
Ambient air cooling. Rigs must be air-cooled.
Network
One IP address shared by all your rigs, on a shared 1 Gbps fiber line. No fee for data volume, and no set speed per rig. A dedicated line or extra IP addresses are available by quote, where the facility can provide them. We don't promise a rig will qualify for a rental platform's verified or secure tier.
First OS install & IP
The facility installs an operating system you pick from those it supports, or an image you supply, without GPU drivers, and sets up the IP once. Or install your own through the server's BMC.
Remote hands
Power cycles, reseating parts and swapping your spares, 9am–5pm facility time, 7 days a week except major holidays, by staff who work on GPU servers.
Physical security
Access control, alarms and video surveillance.
You handle
- Operating system updates, GPU drivers and CUDA
- Containers and the workloads you run
- Your rental platform account, listings and prices
- Security patches and the credentials to reach your rigs
- Insurance for your hardware and general liability, with a certificate before you ship
- Making sure your renters follow the rules below
Have the GPUs but no server? We'll build it.
Ship us your GPUs and we have the server built at the facility, ready to rack.
Ask for a build quote- Priced per build, in writing, before any work starts.
- The other parts: you buy them, or we pass them through at cost.
- Every build is burn-in tested before it goes online, and the time limit to go online runs from the day it passes.
- No $100 setup fee on servers we build.
Know what you're signing up for
Cheap power comes with trade-offs. Here they are before you sign, not after.
One power feed
No redundant power or network, and fire detection without an automatic suppression system. Built for rental workloads that can take an interruption, not for mission-critical systems.
Curtailment
When the utility asks the facility to cut load, rigs can be powered down for those hours. Fees continue and no credit applies.
Backup link
The facility may keep a backup connection for basic connectivity only. No speed is promised while traffic runs over it.
Outage credit
If facility power or network is down for more than 2% of a monthly billing cycle, your next invoice gets a credit equal to the percentage over that limit, on the affected rigs' fees.
Your data stays yours
We claim no right to your data. Staff don't copy, change or inspect it while doing remote hands, unless you ask in writing or the law requires it. Drives that are shipped, sent for RMA or sold aren't covered, so encrypt your data.
The contract at a glance
- Rate
- 15¢ per kWh under 10 kW, stepping down to 13¢ from 250 kW (table above); 500 kW and up by quote, from 12.5¢. Your tier is set by the total power of all your rigs, times 730 hours a month. A single 3,300 W rig is $361.35 a month.
- Due when you sign
- A deposit equal to 2 months of fees (3 from 500 kW) and $100 setup per rig. Servers we build pay no setup fee. The deposit comes back at the end, less anything owed, and carries over if you renew.
- Contract length
- 12 months from activation: when your rig is online and listed on a rental platform, or 3 days after we tell you it's ready, whichever comes first.
- Billing
- Monthly, in advance. Each invoice goes out at least 12 days before its month starts and is due 5 days before it starts. One sent later, like the first, is due 7 days after it's sent. Late-payment terms are in the agreement.
- Wattage
- Billed on what each rig draws under its normal workload, measured at the facility once it's online, and never less than 2,000 W per rig. Until then we bill the estimate in your agreement. A new reading changes the fee from the next invoice, never backwards.
- Ending early
- Contact us. The early-termination terms are in the agreement, which comes with your quote.
- End of the term
- If we offer a renewal, sign it at least 21 days before the end. Otherwise hosting continues month to month at the same fees, unless our end-of-term notice says it won't, and either side can end it with 30 days' written notice. A renewal or month-to-month hosting keeps your deposit, with a top-up only if your fees rise. When hosting ends, you normally pay return shipping; the agreement lists the exceptions.
A summary, not the contract. The AI Rig Hosting Agreement you sign with EndlessHosting, LLC (version 2026-11-03) governs, and we send it with your quote.
What rigs can't be used for, by you or your renters
- Attacks and abuse: DDoS, port scanning, intrusion, phishing, malware or botnets
- Illegal content, including CSAM, non-consensual deepfakes and pirated material
- Renting to anyone under U.S. sanctions or export restrictions (OFAC, BIS)
- Fraud, money laundering, or breaking your rental platform's terms
A legal notice or a credible abuse report can get a rig suspended immediately. If you or your renters caused it, fees continue while it is suspended. Rent through platforms that screen their users against sanctions lists.

Common questions
Air-cooled GPU servers and rigs on 200–240 V power: RTX 4090 and 5090 builds, RTX PRO 6000-class workstation cards, and A100 or H100 servers. B200 and newer aren't possible at this facility yet, so ask us first. We confirm every rig before it ships, and each is billed on what it draws under its normal workload.
It is billed as 2,000 W, the minimum per rig. If you have several small rigs, putting their GPUs in fewer, bigger servers usually costs less, and we can build those servers for you.
Yes. Ship us your GPUs and we have the server built at the facility. Each build is priced in writing before any work starts. The other parts are bought by you or passed through at cost. Every build is burn-in tested, and servers we build pay no setup fee.
Ask us first. The service includes one IP address shared by all your rigs and a shared 1 Gbps fiber line, with no fee for data volume, no set speed per rig and no high-speed link between servers. A dedicated line or extra IP addresses are available by quote, where the facility can provide them.
Through its BMC (IPMI): the management port sits on a private network you reach over VPN, so you can open the console and reboot even when the OS is down. An IP-KVM can be added by quote. Outlets can't be switched remotely, so remote hands power-cycle a server on request during staffed hours, with no set response time.
You do. Your rental platform pays you directly, and Endless Mining never holds or touches that money. We don't promise any level of rental demand or income.
You. The facility installs the operating system, without GPU drivers, and sets up the IP once, or you install your own through the BMC. After that, drivers, updates, containers and your rental listings are yours to run. Remote hands cover the physical work: power cycles, reseating parts and swapping spares.
The deposit and setup are paid when you sign. The 12-month term and monthly billing start on activation: when your rig is online and listed on a rental platform, or 3 days after we tell you it's ready, whichever comes first.
The site has one power feed and no backup power, so outages can happen. If facility power or network is down for more than 2% of a monthly billing cycle, your next invoice gets a credit equal to the percentage over that limit, on the affected rigs' fees. Utility curtailment, scheduled maintenance and problems with your own hardware or software don't count.
We claim no right to it, and staff don't copy, change or inspect your data or workloads while doing remote hands, unless you ask in writing or the law requires it. That doesn't cover drives that are shipped, sent for RMA or sold. Encrypt your data.
Today we host rigs you already own, and we can build a server from your GPUs. If you're also looking to buy one, mention it in the quote form.
When hosting ends, send us prepaid labels or accept our shipping quote. We ship within 45 days of receiving them or your payment. The deposit comes back within 60 days once your rigs have left and everything is settled. If your last payment was by card, that's no sooner than 91 days after it.
